Health Store (المتجر الصحي) is an online shopping application that lets you browse products, place orders, request special orders, and manage delivery addresses. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order, or contact support:
You can browse the app as a guest without an account. We only ask you to sign in at checkout.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
The app requests camera or gallery access only when you choose to attach a payment proof image or a special order image. Photos are uploaded only when you submit them, and you can decline the permission — browsing and ordering work without it.
Payments are processed manually through bank transfer or cash on delivery. We never ask for, and the app never collects, card numbers or bank credentials. We store payment reference numbers and payment proof images only as needed to confirm your order and handle refunds.
With your permission, we send push notifications about your order status (for example confirmation, shipment, and delivery updates). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure using Google's standard security practices, including encryption in transit. Access to customer data is restricted to the store operators who need it to fulfil your orders.
The app uses Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Messaging) to operate. Google processes this data on our behalf as a service processor. We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.
We share your information only with delivery personnel involved in fulfilling your order (name, address, and phone number) and with Google as our infrastructure provider. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as required to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet legal and tax obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (such as completed order and tax records).
You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion: email ahmed.s.balfaqih@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
What is deleted: your account, name, email, phone number, saved delivery addresses, favourites, reviews, special order requests, uploaded payment proof images, and push notification tokens.
What is kept, and why: records of completed orders are retained for the period required by accounting and tax obligations. These are kept only as transaction records and are not used to contact you.
How long it takes: requests are actioned within 30 days of verification.
Health Store is not intended for use by children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be notified through app updates.
